Posts: 342 Group: Umbrella Agent Member #143 Joined: February 19, 2008 Name/Class of main: Ordain/Zealot	Alright, so Wintermute made that post a few days ago about how should express our concerns with the guild and how it is functioning, so I figured I'd pitch in with my 2 cents about the guild. I'm going to be blatantly honest here, so if I get flamed for this, I get it but there are some things that I'd like concrete Admin comment on. Alot of people have expressed that the guild kind of feels like it has lost its way over the last few weeks. Few people log on, those who hit 40 are burned out/don't have anyone to group with, and while the guild doesn't feel dead, it does feel a bit aimless. Everyone was super ready to rock at launch, and from what ive talked to people about, it just really feels like alot of us have lost our morale. Winter and Nexius put in a huge amount of time prior to launch and shortly thereafter, but what is really making me not push forward is the lack of leadership. Both Nex and Phoebus are people who know how to motivate, and Umbrella was part of their idea of what warhammer should be like for those of us who were there back in the Darkspear days. They wanted us all to come and recreate that feeling of domination and being the best. So here we are, a month and a half after launch. Alot of you will write off what I have to say because I haven't levelled quite as hard as you, but I've played with alot of the people in this guild in the past so I'll try to get to the point here. Because Umbrella was a creation of Wintermute and Nexius, I think thats alot of the reason some of us have lost our motivation. Without you guys here (Winter and Nex) I personally feel like the head of the dragon has been lopped off. You guys push us alot more than we push ourselves, and I know meanrock has taken alot of that mantle on himself over the last few weeks which is something that we're all cool with for the time being. But Nex and Winter we really need our leaders back. We need that push to "be the best or get the fuck out", and unfortunately I think thats something that only teh Pheobus and Nex can deliver. I read your post the other day about changing your schedule winter, and I know you dont just grow free time over night. But hopefully you guys can get on a bit more often without hurting your RL and give us some direction. Once again, if this message came across as me being a dick, im sorry, I didn't mean to type it like that , bt winter said to be forward with issues we have, so here it is.
