It doesn't bother you at all that they had the balls to say that some parts of the content you post under their browser is there intellectual property? They are just testing the waters. This just got out the last day or so(a day after launch). Any content(ANYTHING) that you publish to the web using chrome.... IS OWNED BY GOOGLE. You have ZERO intellectual property rights to your own content, because you uploaded it with chrome. I was gonna post this last night but I got pissed at the hotel innernet. Although that is a pretty radical interpretation, and a lot of people are expecting them to clean up the ToS so it only applies to plugins and modules that people make for the browser. As it is worded right now though, it's open ended enough to be abused to that level.
