Explain.... If you have a router, you need to set up port forwarding. Also, the torrent download speed should be 75% of your total bandwidth. If you try to max it, you'll just bottleneck the incoming connections. My connection is around 2.5MBS, so my utorrent d/l is set to 2MBS.
