City Choose Leaders Communication through messaging COLLECT DUES sweeeeeet.... Voting Claiming Keeps with Guild Banners Certain rank your guild will get a banner, so not right away.... Need a standard bearer to hold the flag...this person CANNOT use their characters abilities....so who wants to step up? Def guy? Dervin? hehe jk Able to attach trophies to them CAPTURING OTHER GUILDS BANNERS!!!! either by killing the bearer or taking it from the ground Banner abilities: Rally - +movement, FLourish - Knock back advancing enemies! The flag isn't just a free perk now. It's your banner, it's like the COCK of your guild, it's something to be used by people who know how to use, and something to be destroyed by your enemy. I think WAR has the right idea....again....as usual.

If your going for someone thats wicked sick at running around, staying out of sight, abusing certain game mechanics like collision detection, getting away at those critical/lucky moments, etc etc...I volunteer. My two cents.

Meaning we need them pwn tanking more than standing with the flag. well we shouldnt have any scrub dps key word, SHOULDN'T. Regardless, they will be peaced anyways. For flag carriers, a mass Wounds and Initiative stacking Witch hunter could be good since they have the 40 yard (?) jumps, even though its CD. As long as it doesn't turn into a sprint prep sprint type of thing. Of course, most efficient will most likely be a sword and board tank with a few healers.

It provides an AoE buff so the carrier will be in the thick of it, not running away from the group like a coward. Also, the carrier seems to have a cone push back involved to keep anyways away and possibly...to clear the way for an advancing army. The banner carrier shouldn't be some pathetic weak guy who can hide in a dark area and cry while the army marches forward without him. The standard should be in the group, shielded by allies and clearing the way when needed. Of course it should be a tank, a heavily armored guy with the banner. UC's going to have a ton of chosen, black orcs, and black guards, why shouldn't we have one spare guy holding the banner?

Thanks for the clarification Thats alot better than if they still can use "banner protecting" knockdown abilities. Thats almost more fun than using your own abilities :D

The only person I have head talk about going this way so far is Sephs. Not a bad person to have holding out banner IMO.
