Can't that be abused? We could spend all night killing the capital 5 times...5x the gear? Or is there a 'peace' phase where its invulnerable to enemy attacks for a period of time?

It's a system where basically you have to push through certain other tasks and goals to make the capital vulnerable. Once you trigger enough things, you can do the capital siege. Once the capital falls, it resets the stuff, and you start at the beginning again... taking smaller towns/settlements/zone control locations, etc... til you work your way back into their capital again.

I see, thanks. Where can I read up on stuff? So far I've seen was just warhammeralliance.com from you guys...confirm/deny? (in c++ right now, warhammeralliance is blocked) I went there this morning before I went to school and found a lot of stuff, is that where you all get your information from? I got so much information about the Marauder in the 5 minutes I was at warhammeralliance.com...pretty good site.
